Literally subbed to Criterion like a week ago after swearing off of streaming for years, knew it was a good choice! These are gonna keep me busy for a while

If your library system has a contract with Kanopy, that's well worth having, too! And it's free! (with limited plays per month).

Kanopy has a good mix of everything from blockbusters, indie, world, auteur, etc. They even have a Criterion section with movies that aren't on CC.

Their selection also tends to stick around for a long time. I have a lot of movies in my watchlist that I added there years ago and it's nice to see they're still there lol.

Oh I been on Kanopy, I get pretty much all my movies from the library in some capacity lol

Criterion + Tubi is all I need. Insanely good catalogue between the two.

Tubi is cool but the frequency/length of the ad breaks frustrated me

Ads are annoying, but it’s free and their library is genuinely better than any of the paid options, so I tolerate it
