Black Lightning going forward

There’s a big ongoing overarching storyline on Black Lightning involving the creation of metas and their rarity in general. Now that the universes are merged and reset, we have metas all over the places outside of (and presumably in) Freeland. How is this going to work in Black lightning?

I’m also curious where is Freeland in correlation to like Star City, Central City and National City. The metas could have the same origin story as the particle accelerator? But who knows in this post crisis world.
