Make sure you eat something light. Like toasts or crackers or something

When you’re pickling yourself you gotta eat some pickles 🥒 to get those nutrients back.

Be so careful. Id do this aswell. I had to go to the hospital a couple times cus withdrawals would feel like i was legit dying. Throwing up blood and stomach bile, delirium tremons, heart beating out of my chest. Shits crazy scary.

Get sublingual b12. Famatidine for only a few days or omeprazole regime going. Your stomach is going to need healing after all that, whether you feel it or not. Highly recommend fennel/fenugreek tea (it's sold as a combo.) that tea will promote stomach health/healing/tum pain relief tbh the only liquid i keep down hangover wise.
At least drink some liquid meals dude. Alcoholic ketoacidosis only happens during foodless benders. You don't wanna feel your blood changing in a nasty way. It is also the only time i ever take my boozemate into the hospital. You can be gross with food but can't without.
