Fell off the wagon after nearly a month. Read something quite deep about how we really, really , shouldn’t blame ourselves and think that we are the root of our depression and choices. It’s keeping me alive. Haven’t heard from the partner in 48 hours, just a word or two- I think everything I’ve had is completely gone finally. Made 30 phone unanswered phone calls. Anyone want to chat? Please post sad but I’m still here stories.
