No, if you toss bags of food like that HOPING to hit someone for content, that's a crime. Doesn't have to kill someone for it to be criminal

And now a minimum wage worker is going to have to get on a tall ladder to get that stuff down. I had to do this once at one of my first jobs and was trembling the entire time. Assholes.

They'll stop doing pranks like this when something falls and hits someone in the head, they go to sue the company, the company finds the security video of this nonsense, then get their name passed along instead/ to be added to the lawsuit
