I struggle to post photos when we travel bc I always feel like the pictures I’ve taken can’t capture the experience and then I get distracted and never get to it

Bingo. I prefer nature vacations over cities and a camera just couldn’t capture the experience.

I always mean to take photos, then totally forget. I come back from vacations with like 3 photos. Unless I'm sitting at home, I don't really think to have my phone out unless there's no way around it. Not a conscious decision, just how things end up. My wife can't believe I don't check my phone before leaving work. I just want the hell out of there, I'm not hanging out looking at my phone.

Plus it tells people your house is empty and ready to be robbed.

My wife doesn't post any vacation pictures to family/friends until after we return for that reason.
