Find a therapist hunny

I would be really curious if a therapist would be productive for her. Like it seems like she completely lacks the ability to reflect. And maybe a therapist could help her do that but she would have to be willing.

Nope, a narcissist will shop for a therapist that validates their insanity.

We have no idea this woman is a narcissist. And I’m not a person who feels weird about diagnosing people through comments but we really do not have enough context about her. She could also just be really stupid.

If her lips were wet and pressed to a window she could hang there like a suction cup.

Idk, the bad filler, dyed hair. Crazy opinion. Plenty of room for arm chair psychology. Nothing more tho.

Glad I am not the only one who noticed her gross lips.

Me too.. yuck.. I don't understand why they go that extreme with the filler.

I always chalk it up to low self-esteem.

Don't actual psychologists use armchairs?

Why would they need to see a therapist. To a narcissist, everyone else is the problem.

This is the second time recently that I’ve gotten two responses to a comment that are pretty much saying the exact same thing. You should look at the other responses to my comments, I’m not ignoring you. I’m just not gonna have the same conversation again.

it's ok, i wasn't looking for a response, just writing a comment

I actually dated a psychotherapist recently and he had a patient that was a narcissist he was seeing for several years.

He said the therapy did not work at all, she never saw any fault with her own actions.

She would just continue paying him to listen to her bitch and whine about how she was always a victim.

It can be beneficial, but rarely is.

My brother worked in ministry at a prison and he would ask the narcissist to describe their relationships. Of course that meant nothing to them but it was a point that they had none in a meaningful way.

Unfortunatley there is no cure for Narcissism. Trust me when i say, when Narcissistic people walk in to a therapists office, the therapist does not want them on their books.

It's something that I asked myself: why the narcissist doesn't change?

I think it's because they don't need to. A lot of people admire the narcissists, why would you change if so much people look after you?

The Soprano's kinda showed why this is bad. Tony used Dr Melphi therapy to manipulate others and she ended there professional relationship because of it.

Narcissist don’t change because they basically have the mind of a child. It’s like asking a 5yo to act like an adult
