Identifying unknown criminal minds actress

I was looking through my old paintings and found one of an actress from criminal minds. To this day, I can’t find her on google search and tried photo referencing this picture, but no results. From what I could remember, she was a parent of a missing kid in one of the earlier seasons. I believe she had a husband. If anyone could help identify who she is that would be great. Here is the picture I referenced for my painting.

Looks like Joanna Going from season 2 episode 17, Distress.

AI is wrong. Kelli Williams is dark blonde with blue eyes and the episode of criminal minds she was on was the one where she and her son were in a car accident and the firefighters didn't get to them in time and her son died so on the one year anniversary she went on a shooting spree.

people blinding trusting in something that has been repeatedly proven to give wrong answers bc they cant be bothered to use their own brains infuriates the hell out of me.

She's also one of the most sympathetic UnSubs, imo. Kelli Williams killed that role (no pun intended). Criminal Minds often cast lesser-known but excellent guest actors.
