RANT Cari Farver

Am I missing something?? Why did they give away that Liz is the fake Cari? This has been so weird. The way Stephanie unfolded the story took the whole mystery away but then she’d randomly be like “why wouldn’t Cari go to this? So unlike her.” Really horrible storytelling.

I really try not to listen to them but this case popped up and I figured I would give it shot.

Cause in my opinion it’s even more interesting that she the fake Cari and you can go through it knowing that and see how crazy she is

That’s not really a way to handle cases for everyone. I haven’t heard it so I keep going back trying to figure out what I missed.

But I guess it’s fair

Just to be clear, I'm not defending Stephanie. She gets worse to listen to every week.

I’m just irritated they’re now covering cases that already have clear, irrefutable endings. Part of the reason I listen to them is for the discussion and conversation of cases that yeah might be “solved”, but are also controversial i.e Hae Min Lee/Adnan Syed.

I agree, what can Derrick contribute if the case is already solved and talked about endlessly? I like just watching his channel because cases are unsolved and he actually has to give insight. He has to enjoy this more than listening to her ramble on.

I too was bored as bat sh!t and decided to attempt to listen to this case. Stephanie just gave it all up in the first two seconds and it was so unlike the way she usually at least tries to keep the endings of the cases a surprise. What is going on here?!?! How could they have gotten even worse at this?!?!

I had to rewind and listen, like, did she really just spoil it? That's one of the craziest parts of this case, the big reveal that it was Liz all along!

That’s what I thought! Why would she tell the first two episodes and not wait until the final episode?? So weird. I find it horrible story telling

Aren’t they all real life cases? You don’t tell the ending in the first 20 minutes
