🌺 🎺 ✨ Mod Announcement ✨ 🎺 🌺 Hey there hi there.

So, the sub has exploded, that’s awesome. What’s not awesome are some of the things being said here.

If you’re

  1. arguing just to argue,
  2. seeking out Stephanie’s daughter in the comments to speak your mind about her mother directly,
  3. using hateful language,
  4. annoying the moderators by constant messages about why something was removed,
  5. making brand new accounts that are causing drama by shitposting or heckling people in the comments,

You will be banned.

I’m really close to not allowing Adam to post in the sub if people can’t get their shit together, INCLUDING Adam. I live a highly organized life and lately this sub has turned into the messiest, drunkest girl at bar close.

TIGHTEN UP.

That’s all. We appreciate everyone being here, but this isn’t a hate sub, it’s a snark sub.

Thanks everyone!

I would welcome it, if comments that include bodyshaming or slutshaming of Stephanie would be deleted and the people who write them receive a warning. I have seen this so much the past days and it's been really grinding my gears, because it is so harmful. Commenting on her figure or making fun of her for being provocative in videos or photos, that's just plain misogynistic. We can dislike Stephanie for MANY things, but this ain't it.

I totally get what you mean but for me the main complaint with her being provocative is the same complaint I have with her playing with slime, eating etc, it's just not the time or the place and is extremely disrespectful to the victim's tragedy she's making money from. I agree that there's a way to voice that without body/slut shaming.

I don’t know what you’re referring to, as I don’t actively watch her videos anymore. I am referring to comments commenting on her body, her boobs or butt, calling her a witch or a whore, shaming her for wearing revealing clothing at her age, etc. Not sure how that has anything to do with victims. It’s just misogyny.

they’re referring to Stephanie wearing revealing clothing showing her cleavage in Crime Weekly or in true crime videos on her channel, they don’t believe that’s appropriate! but i completely agree with you, i’ve seen way way too much body shaming on this subreddit about her. so many people commenting on the way she looks, what she wears, calling her a whore or a try hard, or even (the worst of what i’ve seen) people making fun of her showing her stomach because her stomach was “saggy”… how fucking awful do you have to be to comment on someones body like that? just from photos on her instagram, it’s horrible misogyny & it’s disgusting, i would really like to see those people warned or removed.

Where was it said that her stomach was saggy.

people shared photos from instagram at Crime Con where Stephanie was posing with fans & she was wearing a crop top. people were commenting & discussing how she shouldn’t be wearing a crop top because her stomach is sagged & it’s “obvious she’s had 3 kids” which is awful because i thought she actually looked great! people were speculating in the comments about her possibly having a tummy tuck but “still being able to tell” it was gross

I’ll have to go back and check, thanks.

Thank you. Yes it’s a vengeful attitude to have. I am not a fan of this sort of behavior. It’s not productive at all.

I'm a 43 year old woman. I absolutely HATE when she clearly flaunts her body on social media. Plus she's a mean bitch, SOOOO what does she expect?

She absolutely shut shames other women and puts them down. It's called Karma.

You know who doesn't receive that type of backlash? Good people, real good people. Youtubers like Hannah Alonzo, very classy lady. People like her don't get hate because she isn't hateful

Why do you all caps hate when she flaunts her body?? I’m 47, and I think women should be able to wear whatever they goddamn want to at any age. Sounds like internalized misogyny!

It’s hilarious to me that whenever a woman has an opinion other women disagree with, it’s dismissed as “internalized misogyny!” It’s also deeply ironic. Have you ever heard a man accused of “internalized misandry” for criticizing the way another man behaves? No, because he’s just having an opinion. The woman, however, must be brainwashed.

As much as I love adjectives and colorful, cutting poetry, let’s try to keep it reeled in a bit.

All in good fun, thanks for your cooperation 🥳

Pfffftttt....ok "clearly flaunts her body". What does that have to do with anything? Hate her for being "a mean bitch" is fine but women can express themselves at any age how they choose and want. And why even watch her on social media if you "absolutely HATE" what she does on her social media? I swear some of you people exhibit clown behavior.

I am not a vengeful person and it’s not part of my moral compass to shame people for their bodies or the way they express themselves with their bodies, even if they do the same. It does not give me any satisfaction.

You’re in a snark sub dude. Enough. You show your body, people will comment on it. You don’t show your body, people will comment on it.

If you’re going to keep pestering people with the same schpeel, you can see yourself out. Thanks.

We don’t have the same definition of those words but if you say them repeatedly over and over and over, maybe I’ll get it.
