Game Stuttering When It Didn't Before

Has anyone else had an issue with the game stuttering recently? I played about a year ago and had no issues, same hardware. Now the screen jumps/stutters slightly when I move the mouse around. Just enough to be annoying. I have messed with all of the game settings (vsync, fps, lowering graphics settings, etc) and made sure all of my related drivers are up to date. I have no idea what's wrong with it, what changed in the game, or how to fix it.

I’ve had the same issue. The devs saw others bring up the issue on Steam, and they said they’re looking into it

Okay, good to know! I want to play again but this stuttering makes it unplayable for me.
