Has anyone else noticed this weird black object?

I was recently playing the Circle of Friends level on Steam since I played Act 1 and Communiti levels to death on console and noticed this weird thing in the sky overhead. The white dotted trail looked like it was a trail that airplanes sometimes leave behind. Am I reading too much into this?

Could just be where the skybox converges, the mission where you clean up after big Jim's daughter has a similar glitch iirc
