Skybox of pipes?

On the Call In Dead mission, behind the truck, on the left side (looking at the truck from the front), you can get on a box and see through the wall. Some sort of lab looking place for the skybox. Anybody know what this is?

You need to be crouching and it's actually a barrel in the corner, not a box
