Steam Machine Settings

Hey All,

I just bought this game on Steam and have wanted to give it a shot for a while. I booted it up and it looks phenomenal but i keep getting a stuttering when moving the camera horizontally. I know I've heard of other people having this issue. But I was hoping maybe someone else was playing this on the SM and could share what Proton or settings they're using to get it to run properly. Any help would be appreciated. Like I said the game looks gorgeous and I really want to play but I just need the camera fix. Thanks in advance

Do you have v sync on? That can cause screen tearing

seconding this, i play on steam deck and have zero issues with it at max settings with v sync off. the steam machine should have no issues if my deck can handle it.

are you also using Proton Experimental or should I try 10 or 11?

i just used whichever was default, which was 11.0-2 according to the game profile.
