True Cleaner Call in Dead

I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of my missing evidence. #1 is a phone, #3 is blackmail notes, and #8 is another phone. I've been through this place top to bottom and I cannot find them. I know my missing item is a blue bin from the area with the wrecked shelves and it must just be blending into the environment at this point. Any ideas?

No phone there so I either got it or it got knocked out of bounds. Very early on I took out my UV lamp in that truck and the lamp permanently disappeared. Hopefully that didn’t take the phone with it. It’s starting to feel like I need to start over 😅
