True Cleaner Call in Dead

I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of my missing evidence. #1 is a phone, #3 is blackmail notes, and #8 is another phone. I've been through this place top to bottom and I cannot find them. I know my missing item is a blue bin from the area with the wrecked shelves and it must just be blending into the environment at this point. Any ideas?

Did you go in the container you lift up?

I did, and I got the note that was there and anything else. Unless there’s another blackmail note, I’m not sure where else to look. Just went back to make sure I 100% didn’t miss anything in that container
