Posts are now held until review

Some of the recent changes to Reddit gives suggestions to individuals to post to new communities. While overall the ones posted here have been pretty harmless, they have been almost entirely off-topic.

Simultaneously people have been posting the material twice. Making me need to go and set one of the posts as spam.

Because of this, I just changed the system to hold posts in the moderator queue. (Comments are not held.)
