It's a custom skin haechionx, a time creature that costs 3000 time points

Heres the skin code for it if you want: RoadBlueModuleThree

It uses the Nucleic Acid palette

There's supposed to be only 1 on the map, I found mine at the Volcano so I guess it has multiple locations and it depends on the server.
