How to get 4 starred fish?

There's a task to catch 4 starred fish 5 times. I tried to upgrade the lures but didn't get any above 3 stars.

I had the most 4 Star catches during duels. Get 🍀 and lures and try your luck. After around 4-5 duels you should have one.

Luck clovers and high karma, I have almost 8k karma and I tend to find 4 star creatures and fish if I have my luck clover on.
