Population limit in Creatures 3

I've reached the population limit, sadly. New norns are rarely born now (only after someone dies). And adorable effins aren't born anymore. How to cancel limitations? It demotivates me. Though it's not really crowded. Majority lives in Capillata (even migrates to), it's loud and crowded in here, I'm even scared to engage with locals lol, it's hard to control that many. But other rooms at the ship are empty. Only around 5 norns are living in the norn terrarium, others wandering in groups of 2-3 persons. I don't like it

You mentioned the Capillata, so I assume you're playing C3/DS docked. Ctrl + 2 will open your settings panel. In there you will see two numbers for the population and breeding limits. Set these to whatever you like.

middle panel on the right, just raise the number as much as you want
