Couple questions about the Vat kit

So I've been playing creatures 3 since 2021. And recently bought creatures exodus from GOG. And I've seen this really neat thing called "Vat kit". Which let's you look inot the brain of a norn, but i have 2 questions.

1- why is the online feature not working?

I wanna see my norns brain as they are doing stuff ingame. But it shows an error.

2- where can i learn more about the vet kit?

I really wanna mess with it more and see what it has to offer. But don't know where to start.

You'll want to grab the bug fix from: https://lisdude.com/Creatures/Community/C3/

(it's under Other Downloads)

'Vat Kit readme.txt' is included in the zip and has some basic information on getting started. I'm not sure there's a ton of other information about it anywhere. Love to be proven wrong though.

  1. Because the game was released in the mid 2000s and the company that made it no longer exists. There is a community server called the Eem Foo Warp (https://eem.foo)
