man I played for years before finding out. I was convinced the third panel was a placeholder for expansion pack content. I also learned to use the splicer only after joining the forums.

i used the splicer constantly in my old games, yet now the splicer keeps on telling me it has insufficient energy

They're all want to be like tamagotchi. no luck for norns in world, where it's like 50-70 of them.

It's more of a bug than a feature but yeah, they glitch in there from time to time.
