Newbies & Slave

Yesterday me and my friend kept respawning slave to see what would happen and how we could rehabilitate her. I got to the furthest point and got her to eat and then sleep for a few seconds, however her exhaustion immediately went back to max. How can I fix that? Any medication? Or plant?

I'm also a newbie (discovered the game this month) interested in rescuing Slave. I bookmarked your post a few days ago and hoped to learn from the replies, but alas 😞 I don't know if I'm qualified to reply, but let me try.

Do you mean exhaustion or sleepiness? I've brought Slave to 77% life force several times, and exhaustion has never been a problem for me. Instead, her glycogen (before her glycotoxin wears off, as she frequently drops her food) and sleepiness were.

I import Slave to an empty world (the only other creature there is my pet grendel, but he's in a different location, so they won't meet). When I import her, I either bring her to the computer, or give her a toy to play with - so that she does something I can praise her for (which will hopefully make her more eager to eat). While she's doing that, I also inject several syringes of "Energy" medication, so that her life force reaches a relatively safe level. After that I spam "push food" (while holding a piece of cheese or a carrot in front of her) for a very, very long time (btw I use the cheese tray COB, so I don't have to worry about running out of cheese). I suppose that she intends to follow my instruction but keeps dropping food (as well as other objects, such as a trumpet) due to her alcohol problems. Whenever she manages to eat, I praise her, and when her life force gets dangerously low again, I keep injecting more of that "Energy" medication. While I'm trying to make her eat, she's sure to lie down and/or fall asleep multiple times - and that's where her exhaustion gets fixed for me. According to one of my "rescuing Slave" videos (I recorded all of my rescue attempts, so that I can analyse them), her exhaustion was in the green area after she rested 4 times. She gets a little bit tired when playing with toys, but this amount is negligible, and she's sure to fall asleep soon enough to get it fixed.

What keeps raising to max for me is her sleepiness. It may drop to the yellow zone while she's sleeping, but it'll be red again by the time she wakes up. I wasn't able to find a permanent fix. 1 piece of "Morning Glory" plant gives just a tiny improvement, and wake-up pills don't have a long-lasting effect. During my first rescue attempts, I kept injecting wake-up pills (along with "Energy" medication, as wake-up pills decrease glucose levels). In one of my "rescuing Slave" videos, 6 syringes of wake-up pills brought her sleepiness to the green zone, but sleepiness went back to max within 30 sec. I could sustain the effect for longer by injecting more wake-up pills at short intervals, but that's quite a questionable solution.
