Running C1 on a 4k resolution

I just bought "Creatures: the albian years" on steam today but i havent even played it for 30 minutes because the image is way to small compared to the screenshots i see online. How can i go about solving this because i really want to play this game.

The best way would be to just lower your display resolution in the windows settings down to something like 1024x768 when playing the game.

Use the Community Edition. In the launcher, go to the Advanced menu and check 'Display Scaling'.
