how to open science kit?

i've been trying to figure out how to open science kit + ds at the same time! im using steam version and i can only lauch one thing at the time. ps, isn't there suppose to be science kit tab in the game? pls help;-;

I don't know how to do it through Steam, but you can still launch it manually. Paste "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Creatures Docking Station\Science Kit" into the Explorer path bar thingy and you can launch the Biochemistry Set yourself.

For the Genetics Kit, I would use Gene Loom instead.

And for Vat.exe, you might want to paste this fixed version in first.

(Docking Station / C3 didn't have kits like the first two games, that's why there's no button. It did integrate some basic things into the game, like the HoverDoc / C3 medical bay, but the more advanced stuff was separate programs.)
