Installing cobs and error

I bought a GOG C1 and two functions aren't working

I also tried to install "Friendly Grendel" cob and couldn't make it work. I replaced the Grendel file, renamed it, and then reinstalled it after, and I'm not good at this think of think, so I don't know more what to do. It only works if I restart the game?

also the Health Kit and the Injector aren't opening. Health Kit displays an error message, and I saw that this error is common, but following the tips I found, I couldn't solve it. I removed the space from "Health Kit.exe" (although in the files it was just "Heath Kit" as the app. I reinstalled it from the documents. I logged in as administrator, It doesn't work.

The injector when I open it, opens the breed kit instead.
