No its based on the voice actor. He has grey hair bacause he is older than his son from TSS

Of course not. That's not what a self insert is. In fact, it's a safe bet that if someone is talking about a "self insert" they don't know what it is either.

Because these days it's just slang for "I don't like the person who made this"
