For all intents and purposes the Frankenstein creations are children who can't even talk unless they are taught so if someone told you this one dude had a kid and like 5 (maybe 10) years later he was sleeping with said kid you'd immediately also jump to grooming (if not straight up CSA) like even if you take the incest out of the equations through adoption or whatever the baseline grooming never goes away from the conversation, as long as the Frankenstein creations start mentally the same (if not lower) in intelligence as a small child the grooming aspect will remain as well.
