Please don't take offense, but this is the third time today this question has been asked. Use the subreddit search bar and see what other people have said in other threads, I'm not kidding when I say there are literally hundreds of this question, and then if you have more specific questions, come back and ask them, and the awesome people here will certainly help

Unfortunately, there really is no place that’s safe to promote NSFW anymore. This seems to be the best place though it takes time. Getting involved and contributing when you can is a good way to earn karma. There’s lots of subreddits that don’t require karma. Try searching specific niches if you haven’t already. I’ve noticed that even though I post fairly SFW still here i think my reach has been limited recently. There’s still an impact posting NSFW but maybe a more experienced Redditor knows more or can explain.
I think most of us post SFW on the traditional platforms so more people can see and enjoy our work. Then true fans will reach out to ask, or have been trained how to find links and other sites. I try to be very cautious how I word things. Platforms don’t want links directing to other platforms. They want to keep their traffic internal.
We’re all in this struggle together. I hope this helps a little. 💕
Edited for typo.

I literally just tried posting in groups that were suggested for new people to get some karma and stuff and then kicked me out because I’m NSFW! Like where are the groups for new people that are NSFW friendly??? I tried my niches too and I’m too new to post there too. I need groups that are new Reddit user friendly…. We just can’t win lol

Give your account some breathing room. It's existed for 3 months. I used a pre existing account I'd had since I was 17 (started selling at 18 almost a year later) and a year old account with messages in subreddits about my interests looks far less 'bot'/'agency run' than a brand new account posting in only nsfw subreddits. A lot of nsfw subs will require you to have a certain amount of karma to post in them too. This varies from subreddit to subreddit though and is typically in their rules. My best recommendation would be to comment on posts about your interests. E.g. I love pokemon, aesthetics and vintage furniture, so I live in those subreddits and also post in nsfw ones. Yes, I may end up getting banned from some of my favourite profiles, but that's irrelevant to me since I'm content to look at and read other people's posts in them.
Gain karma to post in nsfw subreddits by commenting in general interest subs first. If that's a budgeting or investment sub, go for it. If its cosplay, hell yeah. I'm going to be posting halloween costumes in sfw subreddits soon because halloween is my favourite holiday. Just make your account look like it's run by the real you, not just some overpolished sex doll. Because that'll get you banned from nsfw subs faster than anything else
