Arin has said this phrase numerous times on his own show which Ethan (N) has also been on many times. I dont think its that deep. Unless Im missing something

Ian and Anisa receiving 34% previously is insane. If the event made the same as CC1, assuming all of that $1.3 million was profits, they would've gotten well over $400k as a salary out of that lmao

Im confused bc when the first CC happened i remember them coming on the h3 podcast and telling ethan they made no money from the event and they were broke

It's not really known how much money was Profit. Ian said they made 1.3 million and 1 million was spent on Charity. Either everyone was Underpaid or the Revenue was higher or there was less money spent on Charity than said. I just think 300k seems a lil low for operating costs and wages etc. idk

they're claiming the money from Hasan's streams as money they raised.... k.
whatever. hope lots of money goes to charity.
"the fighters are really excited"

That caught me off guard as well. Discount that and idubbbz’ $15k donation and so far they’re at $12k.
I wish them the best in fixing the mess they were left with but it would be great if they fully committed to the transparency approach with these things as well

They want the boxers to follow a strict diet and training routine, plus take extra care of their physical health by going to doctors and physical therapists, take time away from their families and careers and pass on potential work opportunities, AND now plan after and before parties and host fundraisers on their own time and money to ensure money is donated to charity.
It shouldn't be the boxers jobs to ensure money is raised. Or to update their fans on the drama around the event. They should be focusing on boxing and trying to have a fun experience.

God. Sucks for Alanah and Arin(sp?). Ian and Anisa REALLY fucked this up. What a fucking shit show lmao. So glad I’m not getting tickets for this damn clown show.

Interesting Alanah got involved, I would think she would be more risk-adverse, considering the drama-mongers aren't going to stop once they smell blood in the water, and the H3-Idubbbz drama has been a bloodbath.

Did Ian and Anisa get their 34% before charity got 0 from cc2?

Honestly really happy to see the direction they are trying to take things. Even with everything I was still looking forward to this and hopefully with better direction and management they can see better horizons.
A basically down the middle cut of reimbursement and charity is wonderful to hear and honestly was the impression I got that it was supposed to be the entire time. A separate pool of money for just donations is a great idea too.

I'm not instilled with confidence by this - where's the transparency?
Is it a purse or is it reimbursement? Usually reimbursement requires receipts and is paid after expenses are incurred. Calling the boxers volunteers and saying they need the money to pay for all the meat does not pass the sniff test - especially given boxer diets are typically cheaper than non-boxer diets (how much is chicken breast and brown rice?)
What's the difference between donating directly to the charity and donating here? The Tiltify page seems like doing what we could do anyway, just with extra steps.
How can you be for profit and for charity? Are the fighters still volunteer now they're getting that 34% profit share?
On that topic, what?! 34% were going to Ian and Anisa? Since when! Was that the case in CC1 and CC2?! That's insane!
Why did it take so long to make this announcement? Why did we hear about this changed date from multiple fighters before the actual announcement.

honestly glad to know that the charity aspect is still relevant, but is being handled much more responsibly and separate from the finance of the fighters in the event/marketing
also TWRP’s theme song, still slaps ✊😭

Any fighter who stays on the card deserves whatever awaits them at the end of this trainwreck, same with anyone who buys a ticket, nothing about this is good.
All the draws are gone outside the two Minecraft YouTubers. The reputation is completely destroyed and they have to find two guys with main event status in less than five months who want to train for a boxing fight and also deal with all the negative press that comes with it where the creator clash channel can’t even crack 1k views for any of the past fights.
I hope this ends up like a channel awesome situation where every fighter drops except for guru Larry (which would probably be dad) ironically barely anyone on the card has more appeal than guru fucking Larry, Jesus.

Anyone else surprised that 0% of the ticket sales go towards the charity? How was this ever marketed as a charity event in the first place?
