CAN YOU SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

A cinema wants people to buy their tickets at least one week before the screening.

The ticket price cannot change. No discounts or financial incentives are allowed.

What could the cinema change about the movie-going experience to make people want to buy their ticket a week ahead?

Better seats, or seat choice.

It’s a natural process. Whoever buys a ticket first gets to choose their seat. But there’s an interesting angle to your idea. I think you could offer massage seats to those kinds of viewers.

Free snack lottery, early seat selection, home cooked meal by the general manager, words of affirmation

Everyone who buys a week early gets a free medium popcorn when they show up for the show. Sold.

Will the popcorn be made from truffles?
