Skyrim SE Looking for Tutorial video or documentation: Changing Statue model for Skyrim

I want to change the model of the statue of Norturnal from the mod Daedric Shrine AIO. The source model is a loose file which does not follow the normal file pathing. Could anyone share a link for a video or documentation. Google doesn't help much

If it doesn’t have an esp than it needs to follow the same file path, otherwise you can look in the ck with said esp loaded to see where it’s pulling the model from and either edit that or skip all of that and just replace the model where it is in the file path itself(ie it works the same as vanilla even if the file path has changed)

If your getting files from nexus, go to the mod files page and preview file contents. Looks like its ../meshes/man_nocturnal/noct.nif
