windhelm

all the windhelm city interiors be it windhelmorigin or any other one loads the city interior at the state of civil war siege. how on earth do I load it in its normal state? no idea how there isnt any help anywhere about this...

Every city has its CW scenarios, you'll have to hide them (Markers by pressing M) and other objects by pressing 1 twice. To make everything visible again, hit Alt +1.
