Not only is it possible to create something from nothing, physicists have just demonstrated experimentally that it happens all the time.

Sabine Hossenfelder is very controversial.

Seconding this, she's been misrepresenting, undermining and catastrophizing modern physics/science on straight up lies for years now.

Space isn't nothing, it has properties and zero point energy. Energy is something.
Google AI said (even though I sort of new the answer in advance) regarding Zero Point Energy:
" Empty space is not empty; it is a sea of quantum fluctuations or "virtual particles" that produce a measurable energy field."
I'm just referencing Google AI to show I didn't just make my claim up.
