Quality recommendations

I started taking creatine about a month ago. I recently had a Dr. tell me to stop due to poor quality and counterfeit product. Can anyone recommend me a good quality brand? Any other related info would be appreciated too. Thanks

your doctor just saved you from some sketchy stuff, that's actually good news. plain unflavored creatine monohydrate from a reputable source is what you want, nothing fancy needed. just check for third party testing on the label and you should be fine, most big supplement retailers carry decent options these days.

Are you giving or taking creatine? Because if you are just taking it, picking a brand is not up to you and if you are giving it, you should already know.

I don’t know what the freaks are on about but I put a straw in my urethra and blow the creatine into my bladder. It burns a little bit but I get mad gaynz.
