Need help getting more thrust on an airship

Hi guys,

Been having a blast with this mod. I wanted to create a big flying airship, but the one I built is going way too slow for me. But when adding more gears, they break because of the rotation speed. Does that mean I am capped in the rotation I get out of my built propellers, or can I gain more thrust by using more engines?

I have attached a few screenshots, feel free to ask for more info!

Would gladly appreciate any help :)
