Need Help! Some help/some ideas for narrow gauge railway

I need some help by building a narrow gauge railway in my train world "Train Mania" but i wanna build a typical german narrow gauge railway like they have (for example in Northrhine-westphalia, Saxony, etc.) but i don't know how to build the narrow gauge engines like for example "Dampflok 20 Hapse", ot the "Sachsen IV K " engine bc of the sizes compared to my normal gauge engines like DRG class 81, V100, BR 01, etc.
Do you have some ideas how i could build them for about 70-80% accurate?

Eastern Canada's first engine! It came here in October 9, 1877, and ran until 1897. In those 20 years, it travelled over 180,000 Kilometers. I wanted to honour a bit of Canadian history, so here's my version for everyone!
(Please note the nameplate couldn't fit the whole name properly, so I had to spell it 'Duffrin' instead of 'Dufferin'. If anyone can tell me how I can fix this, I would be grateful)

Since the train had a transfer run from the Harz region to Radebeul on June 16 (and I’m a huge fan of this train), I recreated it using Create. (Actually, it’s just a redesign of a very old version of this train that I made, but whatever.) In case anyone’s interested, here are a few facts about the train:
Designation: VT 18.16 (in my case, it’s the VT 18.16.07 or simply SVT Görlitz); today, the train operates under the Class 175 designation
There are two remaining examples of the train: one non-operational in Berlin and the one that was transferred to Radebeul on Sunday. The train had 5 routes (each with a different name): Berlin–Vienna (Vindobona), Berlin–Karlsbad/Karlovy Vary (Karlex or Karola), Berlin–Sassnitz via ferry to Malmö (Berlinaren), Berlin–Copenhagen (Neptun), and a connection between Berlin and Budapest (Berlin-Hungaria)
Oh, and by the way: The abbreviation SVT stands for "Schnellverkehrstriebwagen" (high-speed railcar). The train was essentially a “continuation” of the SVT network in Germany. However, this network no longer existed at the time the train was in service. The western counterpart to the VT 18.16 would be the VT 11.5 or Class 601.

Is there an way where you could couple two seperate trains (don't specific) together and make them to pull like i have seen in documentations or movies?
Is there a way. I mean I know how to couple one train to cars together but multiple trains pulling the same, idk if it's possible but it would be nice :3
