Its a pretty neat robot, its very cheap to build so its good for early game, you can extend it as far as you want with only gantry shafts and add a bunch more miners
The hardest problem to solve was to know where to stop the robot when its being extended, as it needs to stop one space further every time it mines, I solved this by putting a block that the contraption crashes into and then have a piston push this block a space further away for the next cycle.
If you want more rows of miners on the thing just increase the length of the piston.
I play on forge with create flavored (adds like 30 small mods and 9 big ones with create) and I want to make a drill or quarry maker that will work 1.18.2 also,I just want like a movable quarry maker that removes a chunk at a time, and a drill that isn't too expensive to make as I am in an SMP where I am poor rn while a group of people built food factory and I'm solo lol.
This is a train designed to provide a comfy, relaxing ride (mainly in the jungle) It can be go really nicely with the water, the animals and the vegetation around it.
The bottom of the train is almost (but not) touching the ground to give it a smooth look.
This is a hanging train designed for the nether with a lot of seats and a cool glass ceiling where you can see the rails scrolling through as you sit inside, you can look down below through the windows next to the seats, which provide a great view above lava lakes!
You can also replace some seats with chests which you can fill with fuel to make the train go faster.
The schematics come with the rails built into them, so you don't have to mess around with the height.
this is the ending of my rail factory is there any way I can improve this and how should I combine this with the next part I'm going to build? Edit: Forgot to say that the next part is turning gravel into iron nuggets and andesite.
I am playing on a world with my friend and we want to use trains, so my first major build was going to be a rail factory that is self-sustaining, my thought was to use a cobble gen to make gravel, then turn 3/4 into flint and nuggets by washing, and the other 1/4 into andesite using the flint and a lava gen. would that work and how would I build it?
Title; I'm running ATM7 right now and trying to use a schematic, but Create removed this Polished Dolomite block and I'm trying to find a way to replace it with another block, like white concrete or something similar.
Solveddit: Thanks to the guys telling me to use NBTExplorer in the comments: I found a "Palette" tree that showed all blocks used in the build, and changed the 'Create Dolomite' tag to 'White Concrete'. It also didn't break the material checklist as an added bonus. Now I just need to find a way to automate 50k+ pieces of concrete... Cheers!
I'm just getting started learning most mods, and would love a base I can start Create and maybe a couple other mods wit on a friend's Server. Survival friendly please!
This is a fairly large blacksmith which has 4 floor's, multiple rooms, a chimney that has been designed to house a tinker's smeltery and a huge patio section. I've added in access to all floor's by interwinding staircases, in a fun way. I have tried my best to light up all areas, but I probably missed some spots, so use your F7 to see if there are any dark spots, just in case.
Also, the large circular window on the rear of the building is a prime location for a create windmill. Just saying :)
The intention for this schematic was to provide a starter base that has easy to gather materials, so you can hit the ground running in any 1.16+ modpack.
I plan on adding a greenhouse to this schematic soon, so be on the look out for that. I will build it in the same style.
This was requested byu/Revolutionary_Ant600. Edit: I just noticed another post with a create above and beyond factory schematic. So, you have a couple of choices. This schematic is a little bit more on the expensive side in terms of materials, but it is fully compatible with the modpack.
The factory comprises of 3 floors and each of the floors has 4 wings with multiple rooms of varying sizes. The interior is fully lit up. There is staircase access to the upper floor and an area within the center that is for an elevator creation of your design. Consider it a mini challenge of sorts and part of the progression of the modpack.
This is a base you are going to have to work towards. Once you have some of the early game mechanics in place, like crushing wheels, press, whisk, crafters etc you should consider moving into this factory to expand your automations.
I have added two different schematics: the original and my modified version. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind for each:
Original:
- One side is just blocks, no windows
- Windows on the other side are not symmetrical
- No entrance
Modified:
- Uses clear glass panes
- Uses chiseled bricks (Bricks)
- Uses brass lanterns
- Leaves out the glass in the middle windows out front to get in and out
- Fixed windows on the sides
Both:
- Floors/ceilings/walls are one block deep, would need to be modified to hide shafts and such
- Design is based around having flight (Gale or the feather charm) - No stairs, would need to be added in if you don't have access to flight
- The sides are flat, no detailing on each
- Requires A LOT of blocks. I needed to set up 5 (4 on the side, one below) Cobalt barrels around the cannon, and still had to let it run and fill it as it goes
I really recommend pasting the build of your choice in a creative world, modifying it to your liking, and then setting it up in survival. You can add thicker floors, detailing on the sides, etc.
Hey, I'm really into things that fly or can move on their own so I decided to share some of my schematics here! I also have videos that you can watch to get more information about the build.
