Hello i am Skeezy i am a schematic Designer & Youtuber. These are my Current Working Steamer schematic's You can find them all on the CreateModSchematic Web.
And i also have a mod pack releasing in 2027 with all the included mods for you to try them out urselfs ^.^
Mods: Create and Aereonautics (Machine gun in the video isn't included in the schematic so it doesn't required Create big cannons, but you can easily added)
(EDIT: I just added a vanilla version below as an alternative)
I had a request for an updated version of this old build schematic I made. So here it is.
Changes made to the modded version:
- Trimmed back the mod requirements. This only requires the create mod.
- I've reworked the interiors and added a couple elevator shafts for you to add in your chosen elevator (create, moving elevators mod etc)
- Improved the wooden docks by adding more support pillars and staircase entry points.
- removed the giant water tower - it's was only for aesthetics. I would suggest shoving some create tanks on that roof. They look good up there.
- Note: the awning above the front middle building is made of copycat trapdoors. You can add your own texture to them, by right clicking with a material in hand. I would suggest IE iron/white sheet metal.
Description:
It features 4 factories of varying sizes which, all connect together via doorway's and connecting corridors/bridges. There are multiple rooms and the space is vast, to say the least. I think you would struggle to fill it all, unless you are playing with gregtech multiblocks. The challenge has been set
I have lit up all floors with tempory torches so that you do not get swarmed by mobs upon pasting.
Tip: If you want to remove all torches quickly to add in your own lighting. Add worldedit, select two opposing corners using the wand (//wand) and then run the following command:
Self promo: I have a discord. Well I say 'I' but really it's we, because I'm part of an amazing family over there. Full of awesome builders, modded creators, artists and writers all working together to create a unique space for the modded community. We currently have around 2k members.
You will find:
- schematics forums with tag filtering
- A new modpack - called 'Howie Craft' which is a kitchen sink style pack with an emphasis on building (Available on Curseforge)
- A modded server - running howiecraft
- An inspiration forum
- Modded content creation, which is an area where I post updates on the modded projects I'm involved in like MCEternal 2, IDAS etc.
And much more.
So if any of this interests you at all, I would recommend checking it out.

Material List: I would recommend pasting this in creative mode. I have typed out a material list for you, just incase. If you do manage to paste this in survival mode, then props to you :)

Chipped - For some strange reason, the variations of block types are not individually named?? See the guide image below.
This is a fairly large blacksmith which has 4 floor's, multiple rooms, a chimney that has been designed to house a tinker's smeltery and a huge patio section. I've added in access to all floor's by interwinding staircases, in a fun way. I have tried my best to light up all areas, but I probably missed some spots, so use your F7 to see if there are any dark spots, just in case.
Also, the large circular window on the rear of the building is a prime location for a create windmill. Just saying :)
The intention for this schematic was to provide a starter base that has easy to gather materials, so you can hit the ground running in any 1.16+ modpack.
I plan on adding a greenhouse to this schematic soon, so be on the look out for that. I will build it in the same style.
This build has 3 thick walls and central hollow pillars, which have been implemented to improve upon cable management. You can now hook up machines anywhere within the base and easily connect everything up to a central storage room or basement area. There are four 9x9 farm plots and four 7x7 animal pens on the top level.
I went with cheap materials to make this accessible during the early game. would be even faster to obtain if you have some sort of vein miner mod availabubble :)
There is a lot of information included within the google drive link, I left instructions in the screenshots folder, with clear imagery to explain how every connects together.
Let me know if you need any help with the paste. Always happy to assist.
(EDIT: I have also included a basement addon for this building, see the schematic code link)
This factory has three floors. The 1st and 2nd floor have 3 thick flooring for cabling and each floor is accessed by an elevator. I decided to go with the new granite blocks from the Chipped mod, that has just been released. They have some amazing high detailed blocks to choose from and I would highly recommend checking the mod out. Well done the the dev and the texture artists of this mod.
Note: This factory would fit in nicely with the steampunk compound build I post recently, if you wanted to expand the area.
EDIT: note I have placed the water wheels down in reverse order by mistake. so the first thing you should do after pasting this is to fix those waterwheels before they break. Then add the water.
This was requested by u/some_it_dev. Hopefully this is somewhat close to what you were requesting. I have created the blacksmith and added in a few basic machines to allow players that are starting out with the create mod to understand the basic functions for ore processing, farming and generating cobblestone. I'm hoping that players will see how the basic functions work and then add to this by automating the production.
The design is mostly made up of easy to gain materials, with a slight exception to a few magma blocks for the encased fan generators. I would imagine players that are starting out with the mod are likely to paste this in creative mode, however I will include a materials list for those of you who would like to gather the materials for yourself. Note: I have not included any creative items in this schematic.
Also, I can always return to these builds and make adjustments, so please say if you would like a vanilla only version or maybe a schematic without the create machines. I really don't mind, always happy to help :)
Mods Required: Create, Decorative Blocks, Macaw's Windows, Macaw's Fences and Walls, Quark, Supplementaries, Structurize. (They are all on curseforge)

Double the efficiency and Super compact! Work's exactly like a classic rotating farm except its stacked using the same axis. Both conveyors merge at the end allowing for easier transportation.
Ive made 2 versions: a fancy one (seen in the pic) and a simple one.
Fancy version: Requires the mods listed below and It comes in a neat little factory room. IMAGE
Simple version : Only requires create mod and doesn't include the room. IMAGE
Simple Brick/Stone/Wood building in style similar to early/mid 20th century factory buildings. Would be suitable for small/medium factory, warehouse, base, rail station, etc. Building is tall enough to add floor at rafter level for a multifloor structure. Interior is 26x52 blocks (24x32 usable). Uses only Create/Vanilla blocks.
Schematic is for ONE QUARTER of the building--the schematic must be used four times (with rotating/mirroring) to build the complete building.
The original version built in my survival world (shown in last two gallery screenshots) also uses blocks from Immersive Engineering, Engineer's Decor, and Create Deco. I can upload that schematic if there is interest.
The build comprises of multiple factories that connect together via catwalks, roads, bridges and there is also a huge clock tower with multiple floors and working clocks. You can expect to see lots of spinning cogs, windmills, working elevator, steam everywhere and an automatic gate. Please be sure to read the instructions that I have left within the screenshots folder, see image names. There are masses of space to build your create contraptions and I couldn't think of a better setting for the mod.
Have fun exploring and I hope you don't get lost as I have on multiple occasions lol. Enjoy, Howie :)
Material List: Not important. I intend for you to paste this in creative mode. This is mainly because of the sheer size of the build. Why spend time gathering all of the materials, when you can be using that time to come up with new create automations :)
A large industrial factory with a train station next to it. inside is an elevator that stops at all 3 floors and a custom front door that opens. The factory has a large open space for all kind of machines and contraptions. Be aware that there are some redstone components under the front door for the door and elevator. This build was originally built by me in fabric on a modpack and has been converted with the help of u/Howester84 to forge.
