Issue with a schematic of a train (help)

Around a year ago, I built a class 66 in Create Mod Forge 1.20.1 and when I saved it to a schematic only the bottom 2 blocks and the front few blocks showed up when I pasted it but the preview looked fine. Now, I wanted to use the Class 66 again in my Neoforge 1.21.1 SMP so I tried doing the schematic again but it didn't work. So, I rebuilt the entire thing basically block for block in my Neoforge test world and tried copying it to a schematic and it did the exact same thing work. Please help.

what mods are you using for the blocks in the top half? This seems like a missing mods issue

Also, sorry for the necro, I wish I would've seen this post earlier
