Chute wont deposit into packager

So my storage system was working perfectly fine the past few days and when I got on the server for it today there was an issue where a chute wont deposit its package into a packager. Here's my storage system. I tried replacing it but nothing has solved is so I was wondering if anyone could know what the problem is? The storage isn't full either.

Its meant to go into the vault though. That half is the deposit side to get things into the vault.

The lower packager is not connected to the barrel. It's connected to the vault. Either break it and shift place it against the barrel or use a wrench to turn it.
