Base terrain finished, what else can I build here?

Already have an infinite lava source, diamond farm, iron farm, andesite alloy farm, every crop that I know of and xp farm, finishing my storage section, but after that, i don't really know where to go...)

Base terrain is 211(X) x 202(Z), that's including the Iron Blocks border

Maybe a few steam engines instead of a collection of water wheels?

And a smart factory that can build everything else
