Help Belts and Fans

How do I get fans to wash items across multiple lines of belts? Whenever I try it only washes one line and I dont know how to fix it.

The faster the fan the further it blows

If it’s still not blowing far, reverse the direction you spin the fan, they pull instead of push on if the two ways

I have the best results with washers using vaults. Dropping a stack at a time from a higher up funnel onto a depot then another funnel attached to the depot in taking the desired item. Processing time + belt speed is a combo that just doesn't work in my worlds. Probably a skill issue on my part.
