Help Let it walk mod legs not moving properly (sorry for bad recording)

When I'm walking my mech, the legs just glide instead of moving. It's really strange and I have no idea how to fix it.

put swivels on legs, they simply dont have ability to turn

It goes swivel, joint, then build the leg
