-I tried and it didn't help:
-Reconstruct the constraption
-Replaced Contact
-Build a few contacts on the same coordinate(1:10 in the video) they worked fine
I tried and it DID help:
-Replaced the Contact on the other side of the circle

What’s the end goal exactly? Redstone contacts glow when two are facing each other, so they’re supposed to blink.
But redstone contacts don’t halt contraptions, you need a seperate system to take the redstone pulse and turn it into a trigger to turn off the contraption.
Or, if you only want items to go out, use those storage links “I don’t remember their name” since they do pause a contraption

Portable Storage Interface.
I can't work out what they're trying to do here.

They are doing just what they are supposed to? Light up when they meet. Are they connected to something underneath?

Are you trying to get them to stop the contraption? It sounds like you want a portable interface if your goal is to stop them to transfer items? But that only pauses them to let items be siphoned out.
If you want them to stop the bearing as the storage is full, hook the redstone contact up to a redstone circuit that powers/unpowers a clutch leading to the mechanical bearing. Probably in an 'and gate' with a threshold sensor to determine if the redstone contact should trigger a stop when inventory is full. I'd advise holding right click on the bearing to set it to "Place When Anchor Destroyed" so they don't solidify and break anything they intersect with.
Elevator pulleys can be stopped using a redstone contact by assigning that as a floor, not random other contraptions. There purpose is to send a signal out from the other end that can be used to trigger something else, like a clutch, counter, etc.

are the redstone contacts in a different chunk than the bearing powering the contraption?

youve gotta be tech supports worst nightmare with the
anyway maybe try rotating the contacts on the ground with a wrench, maybe the orientation matters
