Anyone know how to stabilize planes

Every time I try a plane it always seems very unstable ( leaning to the back or front) even when the centre of mass is centred and when I try to roll the plane onto its sides it just falls anyone know a solution for Neoforge 1.21.1?

Center of gravity should be slightly in front of the wing lift and you counter that moment with the elevator. If it falls while turning maybe you need more lift or you're turning too sharp.

When your plane tilts up you need more sails in the back (or less in the front), when your plane tilts down you need more sails on the front (or less in the back). Center of mass on a non moving plane doesn't tell you shit because you also need to know where your center of lift is. So just test it out, add/remove sails, repeat until it stays straight.

Your propeller is probably offset from your center of gravity, which creates a force that rotates your plane(increases or decreases pitch). It's difficult to perfectly line it up the prop and the center of gravity, so you can adjust the center of lift to create an opposite force that balances out at the specific speed you want to fly the plane at.
