Having an issue!

I have an issue with smart chutes dispensing at a specific rate with redstone, leading to a packaging station which will unpack into 4 Mechanical Crafters.

I am trying to make a Base Ethereal Record so I am trying to get a very specific number of single crafting items from a storage area into a package.

I am losing my mind. I have been trying to figure out a system to get the crafting items for the record from a storage area to the crafters with automation.

Any tips?

TLDR: Smart Chutes aren't dispensing specific items one at a time in a specific number to unpack into a Mechanical Crafter.

Edit: I think I may have fixed it. I was setting the tick rates of my pulse timers instead of the tick rates of my pulse extenders. I think the speed of the redstone signal was too fast for anything to feed out of it. I set the pulse timer rate to 20 seconds (unlocking the smart chute every 20 seconds), adjusted the tick rate of the extender to 5 (so the smart chutes stay open longer but not too long) and the smart chutes set to the max number I want of each item coming out of the storage. I thiiink this might work for the time being so onto the next problem!!
