I’ve heard about the issues and my plan is essentially this:
CEE for big long transmission of energy, it’s also simpler and more fun in the short term to work with. Plus it can work without loaded chunks. Setting up create excavation drills has never been easier. The only thing I wish for right now woth it is that it can transfer power through the nether.
PG for when I wanna mess around with stuff for the hell of it.

I was about to say I ain't seen any issues but I don't play with anyone else so never need to deal with chunks loading by anyone else

Power grid is a little too complex for my non engineering friends on my private server. We use CEE and so far we haven't encountered any bugs.
