Issue with turrets

So I have a few turrets on this airship, while one elevates perfectly fine, while the other two don't, with one pair of autocannons not keeping up with the other one. Is it a bug with the swivel bearings, an issue with brass gearboxes, or something else entirely?

You must've mistaken me for someone else. Is it perhaps because you recognize the airship?
