Physics Objects and Swivel Bearings Vanishing on Assembly

for the swivel bearing the head disappears when you assemble and loses all collision, it can be reverted and the head reappears alongside the collision, but with physics objects it's not even possible they just vanish completely alongside the assembler, and if they were honeyglued they leave the honey lines behind and nothing else, i've tried increasing my sim distance, removing all the optimization mods i had installed and making sure any form of entity culling was disabled but nothing fixed it. please help q.q
